Salem Cops Chase Lawrence Shoplifting Suspect On I-93: Police Log

SALEM, NH — Yendy Rodriguez Jimenez, 21, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on Sept. 1 on a criminal mischief charge. Windham police stopped a vehicle at North Lowell Road and Hickory and the driver had an active Salem warrant. Salem police went to Windham and took custody of Jimenez.

David Anthony Ajanel, 18, of Louisberg Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. on Sept. 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. He turned himself in on a Salem warrant and was released on personal recognizance.

Brian Eric Hynes, 35, of Windsor Drive in Amherst was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:08 a.m. on Sept. 1. Police made a motor vehicle stop at Cluff Crossing Road and South Broadway Street and he was arrested on a warrant. He was released on personal recognizance and given a courtesy ride home.

Nicole Ann Peterson, 36, of Quadrant Circle in Quincy, MA, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a willful concealment charge. She was arrested after police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway for a report of a shoplifter. She was released on personal recognizance.

Brian A. Hayes, 41, of Morning Dove Road in Kingston was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Aug. 30 on an aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16 charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Route 11 and Zachary Crossing. A passenger and child were picked up later by a woman. Hayes was released on personal recognizance.

Nicholas Dana Bourgoin, 33, of Linwood Avenue in Salem was arrested at 3:17 p.m. on Aug. 30 on a bail jumping charge. Merrimack County arrested him on a warrant and he was also held on a local charge and an electronic bench warrant with $5,000 cash bail.

Jose Miguel Gutierrez, 18, of Fordway Extension in Derry was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Aug. 30 on two felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charges. He turned himself on a warrant and was released on personal recognizance.

Saralee Dragonfly Froton, 59, of Tyler Street in Salem was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on Aug. 30 on three contempt charges. She was arrested by Derry police on the Salem warrant and taken straight to jail.

Amy Soltan Santiago, 37, of Salem Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on July 31 on a willful concealment charge. Police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway Street for a report of a shoplifter fleeing the store, according to police. The suspect left the merchandise behind, a report stated. The suspect was accused of driving on Route 28 North, but later, police caught up with the driver on Interstate 93. Police accused the driver of refusing to stop but later, stopped just past Exit 1. She was arrested and released on personal recognizance.

Ranny Osniel Velez Batista, 21, of Methuen Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:23 on July 31 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. The man was released on a summons.
