Salem, Haverhill Residents Charged With DUI: Police Log

SALEM, NH — Daniel Lynch, 37, of North Avenue in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2017, for DUI after police were sent to South Policy Street for a report of a man sitting in a pickup truck outside of a home for about 25 minutes.

Haily L. Smith, 22, of Commercial Street in Nashua, was arrested on a warrant after police were sent to Lawrence Road for a warrant arrest.

Bassam G. Haddad, 44, of Maple Avenue in North Andover, MA, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on Dec. 9, 2017, for credit card fraud – less than $1,000. He was arrested on a warrant.

Joseph A. Ayoub, 31, of Porcupine Circle in Salem, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2017, on a warrant.

Jennifer Caraballo, 42, of Maginnis Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was charged at 3:23 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after an accident on South Broadway Street.

Chin N. Bun, 45, of Kirk Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2017, for willful concealment after an alleged shoplifting incident at Market Basket on South Broadway Street.

Two overdoses were reported at the Holiday Inn on Keewaydin Drive at 3:18 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2017.

Susan J. Frank, 69, of Settlers Lane in Salem, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2017, for DUI. She was arrested after police received reports of a car “all over the road” and then, attempted to stop the vehicle on Main Street. The driver was then arrested.

Alfredo C. Maldonado, 22, of Newbury Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking – $1,001 to $1,500 – and willful concealment. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Domenic R. Forgione, 21, of Ansel Street in Salem, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for disobeying an officer. He was arrested after an officer attempted to stop a hatchback.

Frankie J. Zamora, 41, of Nirvana Drive in Salem, was arrested at 12:41 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for DUI – second or third – after police received reports of a dump truck all over the road.

George Tejada, 23, of Park Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 10:33 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking – less than $1,000. He was arrested on a warrant.

Anthony Minicucci, 41, of Kim Road in Salem, was arrested at 8:23 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-obstructing the report of a crime, and criminal mischief. He was arrested after a domestic assaulit report on Kim Road.
