Salem Man Arrested on Amphetamine Charge
Rockingham County Sheriffs also arrest Manchester, Portsmouth, Raymond, Seabrook, South Hampton, and other residents.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following individuals recently:
John Paul Stacy, 42, of Bunker Hill Road in Auburn, was arrested on Sept. 1, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of a protection order and failure to appear at a hearing on a burglary charge.
Eileen Foster Schmidt, 56, of Virginia Lane in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 2, on an issuing bad checks charge.

Taylor Marie Bennett, 21, of Country Lane in Sutherland was arrested on Sept. 2, on a driving while intoxicated charge.
Beth Ellen Dixon-Stoddard, 43, of Chase Road in South Hampton, was arrested on Sept. 3, on a civil violation of a court order.

Andrew Evgeny Healy, 29, of Elm Street in Andover, MA, was arrested on Sept. 3, on a judge’s order to arrest for a bail revocation or a burglary charge.
Philip John Wetmore, 24, of Asbury Street in Salem, was arrested on Sept. 4, on a judge’s order for failure to appear on an amphetamine charge.
Andrew Thomas Howard, 25, of Regina Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Sept. 4, on a judge’s order, a new hope violation-probation on an original charge of sale of oxycodone.
Bennie R. White, 47, of Central Street in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a violation of probation or parole.
Noubar D. Hussein, 22, of Wedgewood Road in Portsmouth, was arrested on Sept. 5, a judge’s order for failure to appear on an arraignment for a burglary charge.
