Salem Man Arrested for Failure to Appear at a Theft Charge

Plus, Dover man arrested on burglary charge, Methuen woman arrested for heroin, willful concealment, and Derry man charged with vandalism.

The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriffs Department:

Matthew R. Hart, 26, of Whittier Street in Dover, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a burglary charge.

Shane S. Morin, 46, of Shore Drive in Salem, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2016, for failure to appear at an arraignment on a theft charge.

Russell P. Fredericksen, 31, of Newfields Road in Exeter, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a sale of oxycodone. He was arrested on Jan. 14, 2016.

Mark R. Schwarz, 42, of Meadowfox Road in North Hampton, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2016, on a judge’s order for failure to appear at a probation hearing on a possession of heroin charge.

Karen L. Wilson, 31, of Cochrane Circle in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge, failure to appear at a false report to law enforcement charge, and willful concealment.

Mark L. Sawyer, 39, of Harrison Avenue in Hampton, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2016, on a warrant from another agency.

Doreen F. Noel, 53, of East Way in Kingston, was arrested on two counts of driving while intoxicated on Jan. 11, 2016.

Timothy A. Smart, 43, of Newton Road in Plaistow, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2016, for violation of probation-bad checks.

Joseph S. Gagliardi, 23, of Barkland Drive in Derry, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2016, for criminal mischief.
