Salem Man Arrested on Theft Charge

Plus, Rochester man arrested for sale of meth; Seabrook, Manchester men allegedly fail to pay marital support.

The following people were recently arrested by Rockingham Sheriffs:

Todd M. Doughty, 46, of Ernest Avenue in Exeter, was arrested on March 2, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest on a violation or parole/probation on an original charge of operating while being a habitual offender.

John F. Murphy, 49, of Hancock Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on a judge’s order for violation or parole/probation on a theft charge on March 2.

Theodore C. Legatos, 46, of Lowell Road in Salem, was arrested on March 2, on a judge’s order for failure to appear on a theft charge.

John P. Marr, 31, of Mary Batchelder Road in Hampton, was arrested on March 3, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge.

Christopher M. Janco, 24, of Lowell Street in Andover, MA, was arrested on March 3, for failure to appear at the arraignment on possession of oxycodone, possession of marijuana, and three counts of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Brian M. Skelton, 36, of Putnam Road in Manchester, was arrested on March 4, for contempt capias-martial non-support.

Christopher J. Bouchard, 23, of Butler Street in Salem, on March 6, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession fentanyl charge and possession of a controlled narcotic drug.

Kevin P. Toomey, 41, of Portsmouth Avenue in Seabrook, was arrested on March 6, for contempt capias-martial non-support.

Eric J. House, 34, of Charles Street in Rochester, was arrested on March 7, on a judge’s order for violation of parole/probation on a sale of amphetamine charge.

Andrew T. Howard, 26, of Regina Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on March 7, for delivery of articles prohibited tobacco and judge’s order to arrest on a violation of probation/parole on a sale of oxycodone charge.
