Thursday, Nov. 14
- 8:48 a.m.: Police received a report of a hit-and-run accident on Pelham Road.
- 8:57 a.m. A North Policy Street resident reported the theft of copper from their house.
- 11:35 a.m.: Police received a report of a 3-vehicle accident with no injury on South Broadway.
- 2:32 p.m.: A caller reported that his window was smashed and an item taken from his vehicle while it was parked near Wendy's on North Broadway.
- 2:54 p.m.: Police received a report of a minor accident on Route 28.
- 2:56 p.m.: Neal Patrick Keegan, 31, of 33 Mathias St., Salem was charged with simple assault. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
