Salem Man Facing Heroin Possession Charge
Police also made two other theft-related arrests.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, Nov. 12
- 10:18 a.m.: Police received a report of copper piping from a residence on Hampshire Street.
- 11:33 a.m.: Police received a report of an accident on South Broadway.
- 1 p.m.: Police received a report of a vehicle into a tree on South Broadway.
- 1:54 p.m.: Brianna Marie Hardy, 20, of 58 Spencer St., Methuen, MA was arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property. She was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
- 5:47 p.m.: Police received a report of a man who was hit by a van on Dunbar Terrace. The man was alert and conscious.
- 7:24 p.m.: Scott D. Bemis, 39, of 75 South Policy St., Apt. #60, Salem was charged with heroin possession and violation of probation or parole. He was held without bail and transported to the Rockingham County Jail.
- 10:30 p.m.: Eric John Derepentigny Jr., 36, of 14 Page St., Somersworth was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft (shoplifting). He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
