Salem Man Indicted for Assault with a Hockey Stick

The Hillsborough Superior Court submitted the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

Michael Frahm, 22, of Corinthian Drive in Salem, was indicted earlier this month on a first degree assault charge.

Prosecutors allege that on April 11, in Hudson, Frahm allegedly assaulted another man by “striking him on the head with a hockey stick, a deadly weapon as then and there used, thereby causing a laceration requiring staples to close,” according to a grand jury.

The charge is a Class A felony with a sentence of seven to 15 years in prison and a $4,000 fine.
