Salem Man Pleads Guilty to Sexual Assault Charges
Kevin Rodwell will not face kidnapping, child pornography charges after assaulting Massachusetts girl.

A local man has agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors that will allow him to walk away from child pornography charges but serve some jail time, according to a report in the New Hampshire Union Leader.
Kevin Rodwell, 29, of Salem, has agreed to plead guilty to three counts of felonious sexual assault and could face up for five years in prison, according to the report.
Rodwell was arrested in April 2014 after allegations arose that he was assaulted and took pictures of a 14-year-old Medway, MA, girl. He was indicted on numerous counts a few months later, will not be charged with taking pictures of the victim or kidnapping.
