Salem Police: Do You Know this Scratch Ticket Snatcher?

Klemm's Mobil was hit on Jan. 5. Later in the evening, the man, in a Cookie Monster hat, cashed in winning tickets in Pelham and Salem.

The Salem Police Department Detective Division is asking for assistance in identifying the subject depicted in the attached photographs.

On January 5, around 9:15 PM the male stole an entire rack of lottery tickets from Klemm’s Mobil located at the intersection of Pleasant Street and South Policy Street.

Approximately an hour later the same male cashes in a large amount of winning tickets at a store in Pelham. Then shortly after midnight, he is back in Salem again trying to cash in winning tickets at a Salem store. Both the suspect and his vehicle are captured on video at several locations and through their investigation, detectives believe he may live in Massachusetts but work in the greater Salem area.
