Salem Police Log: Fugitives from Maine Arrested
Plus, willful concealment arrests all around town.

Charles Mamsten, 34, of Crane Crossing Road in Plaistow, was arrested at 12:08 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2015, for willful concealment. He was arrested at the Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road after allegedly shoplifting items. He was released on $500 cash bail.

Nicole L. Cassetta, 33, a homeless man, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. on Sept. 17, for disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled drug (cocaine), and a warrant. Also arrested was Chad Fogg, 33, of Waldo Street in Rumford, ME, who was charged with false report to law enforcement, disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property (more than $1,501), and a warrant. Police were sent to New Hampshire Pawnbrokers Services on South Broadway for a report of suspicious persons. The caller reported that a man and woman were refused service in the shop and were now in the lot, allegedly soliciting customers. When the officers arrived, they reportedly fled the scene but later will caught. After checking their identifications, police found that they were wanted out of Maine for being fugitives.

Jeidleys M. Hernandez, 18, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on Sept. 17, for willful concealment. Also arrested was a 17-year-old juvenile for willful concealment. They were arrested at JC Penny at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
