Salem Police Log: Illegal Alien Released on Summons After Crash

Plus, alleged shoplifter with two priors arrested and a motorcycle rider crashes into a motorhome.

Christian Bright, 39, of Goodhue Road in Derry, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2015, for criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. He turned himself in to police on a warrant.

Manuel C. Guaman-Lima, 39, of Main Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Sept. 19, for operating without a valid license. Police were sent to an accident at the intersection of Rockingham Park Boulevard and Mall Road. An officer advised that one of the driver’s was an illegal alien and contacted the U.S. I.C.E. The department confirmed that the driver was an illegal alien but advised that he was free to go on the driving charges from Salem. Guaman-Lima was then released on a summons.

Geoffrey C. Adams, 50, of Senter Street in Salem, was taken into protective custody at 10:14 p.m. on Sept. 19, after allegedly crashing his motorcycle into a motorhome. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were also called to the scene, according to the report.

Leonard M. Gendron, 42, of Goboro Road in Epsom, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Sept. 20, for willful concealment. An employee at RadioShack reported a man, later identified as Gendron, allegedly stole items from the store that he dropped behind a car in the parking garage. He allegedly ran across the mall toward the track. Police arrived and arrested Gendron, who had two prior convictions for theft. He was released on $800 cash bail.
