Salem Police Log: Parolee Arrested for OUI
Plus, Mass. man arrested after accident on South Broadway; elderly shoplifters reportedly bagged.

Jodi L. Zaccagnini, 41, of Nottingwood Lane in Merrimack, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2015, for willful concealment. She turned herself in to police on a warrant.

Orlando Gonzalez, 29, of Bevidere Avenue in Framingham, MA, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on Aug. 31, for disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension. Police were sent to the Market Basket on South Broadway for an accident in the northbound lane between two vehicles without any person injury. During the interaction at the scene, Gonzalez was arrested and held on $500 cash bail.

Roger L. Bernier, 49, of Clay Street in Manchester, and Daniel Buccellato, 38, of Lowell Street in Manchester, were both arrested at 4:23 p.m. on Sept. 1, on criminal threatening charges. They both turned themselves in to police on warrants.
Beatrice Duchesne, 69, of Dracut Road in Hudson, and Robert Boucher, 72, of Middlesex Road in Tyngsboro, were both arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Sept. 1, on willful concealment charges at the Kohl’s on Cuff Crossing Road.

Scott R. Tokanel, 30, of Griffin Street in Salem, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on Sept. 1, for driving under the influence-impairment, second or third offense, conduct after an accident, and possession of controlled drug. Officers were called to Shore Drive for a report of a vehicle almost hitting another vehicle, a mailbox, and a telephone pole. The caller stated that the vehicle turned around and continued up the road. An officer caught up with the driver, Tokanel, who was reportedly having difficulty breathing. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were called to the area. Tokanel, it turned out, was out on parole and was arrested. He refused bail and was held.
Rola A. Ayoub, 25, of Marianna Road in Salem, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on Sept. 1, on a warrant. Residents on Marianna Road called about a vehicle they didn’t recognize in the area. The car was later stopped on Joanna Road and the operator, Ayoub, was arrested on a Rockingham County warrant.
