Salem Police Log: Seabrook Man Arrested on Robbery Charge
Plus, NY woman arrested for ID theft and a Pelham man was arrested for drugs.

Michael Eduardo, 27, of Maple Ridge Road in Seabrook, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2015, on robbery and theft by deception charges. Officers were sent to the Market Basket on South Broadway for a report of shoplifters in the store fighting with employees. One of the store employees reported that there was an injury. A male suspect allegedly stole four 30-packs of beer. Eduardo was later arrested and refused bail.

Andrew M. Smith, 33, of Tallant Road in Pelham, was arrested at 11:49 a.m. on Aug. 17, and charged with possession of a controlled drug (less than one gram of heroin or crack) and violation of probation or parole. Officers stopped on Cross Street for a suspicious person call and spoke with a man on a bike. He was later arrested.

Jessie E. Torres, 23, of Fourth Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested at midnight on Aug. 18, on a criminal mischief warrant.
Tyesha S. Davis, 24, of East 2nd Street in Huntington Station, NY, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on Aug. 19, for identity fraud and false report to law enforcement. Officers were sent to the Verizon Wireless store at the Mall at Rockingham Park for a report of a woman using another customer’s ID. The employee spoke with the other customer, who was from Illinois, and she said she was not in New Hampshire at that time. The woman allegedly trying to get the service, Davis, was later arrested in parking lot in a Mercedes and held on $10,000 cash bail.
