Salem Police Log: Teen Charged with Vehicular Assault
Plus, numerous Massachusetts residents arrested on willful concealment charges and a woman is charged with conduct after an accident.

Alina Grati, 25, of Overlook Terrace in Revere, MA, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2015, on two counts of willful concealment and theft detective device remover. Also arrested was Irina Raiu, 29, of Florilor Street in the Republic of Moldova for two counts of willful concealment and theft detective device remover. They were arrested at the Lord & Taylor in the Mall at Rockingham Park for shoplifting.

Frank Miller, 30, of North Street of Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Oct. 26, for willful concealment. He was allegedly caught shoplifting at the Market Basket on South Broadway.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Oct. 27, for vehicular assault, reckless operation, and failing to yield, left turning traffic. He was arrested on a warrant at Salem High School.
Katherine S. Leonard, 35, of Pawtucket Lane in Salem, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on Oct. 27, for conduct after an accident. She turned herself in to police.

Amilly D. Bahouth, 18, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on Oct. 27, for willful concealment. Also arrested was Jasmine I. Delacruz, 18, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, MA, was also charged with willful concealment. Banely Sanchez, 18, of Oxford Street in Lawrence, MA, was also charged with willful concealment.
