Salem Teen Allegedly Strangles Woman: Log
Police: Other teens, Lawrence resident also arrested on shoplifting charges.

SALEM, NH — Victoria L. Valliere, 18, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 10:23 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, for domestic violence-second-degree assault, strangulation. Police were sent to the Lancelot Court Condominium complex for a report of a woman smashing up the apartment and choking another woman. Valliere was later arrested.

Arielvis Feliz, 23, of Brook Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, for willful concealment and receiving stolen property (less than $1,000) after an alleged shoplifting incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

An overdose was reported at 11:28 a.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, on Bailey Road. Salem Fire and Rescue teams assisted the man and he refused medical treatment.
Nicole L. Landry, 24, of South Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, for willful concealment and receiving stolen property (less than $1,000) after an alleged incident at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road. Also arrested was Jonathan K. Dorestant, 26, of Haverhill, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, crack, less than 1 gram.

Chante Jones, 18, of Wynridge Road in Windham, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park. Jones was arrested without incident and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged shoplifting incident at Sears at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Bethann J. Cesati, 48, of Pilgrim Circle in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 7:52 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, for unauthorized use of rental property ($1,500+). She turned herself in on a warrant.
