Salem Teen Arrested on Domestic Assault Charge: Police Log

SALEM, NH — Cynthia A. Silva, 39, of Enterprise Drive in Salem, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on April 6, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Enterprise Drive.

An overdose was reported at 5:22 p.m. on April 6, 2017, at the Market Basket on South Broadway after a woman was reportedly unconscious in a vehicle. Before police and fire arrived, a caller told dispatch that a man had fled the vehicle on foot.

Katie L. Massero, 35, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on April 6, 2017, on April 6, 2017, for two counts of possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail. She was arrested on Rockingham Park Boulevard after police were sent to the area for a report of a disabled motor vehicle.
Jake M. Tremblay, 18, of South Shore Road in Salem, was arrested at 7:08 a.m. on April 6, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to the home for a disturbance where a woman alleged she was punched in the face by a man. She refused medical treatment at the scene but the man was later arrested.

Frank P. Magistro, 40, of Old Sutton Road in Bradford, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on April 5, 2017, for criminal trespass and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 1 gram. He was arrested after a dispute at the Lancelot Court Condominium complex.
Corey B. Nardone, 27, of Lake Attitash Road in Amesbury, MA, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. on April 5, 2017, for willful concealment, resisting arrest or detention, and possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 1 gram. Also arrested was Shantel H. Nardone, 25, of Macy Street in Amesbury, MA, for possession of a controlled drug. They were arrested after police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway for a report of a shoplifting incident.
