Salem Teen Arrested On Drug, Alcohol Charges: Police Log

Concord woman, Epsom man arrested on drug charges at rest stop, Haverhill woman arrested for shoplifting, overdose reported at Red Roof Inn.

SALEM, NH — Christopher J. O’Brien, 32, of Lancelot Circle in Salem, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2018, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after police were called to the street for a report of a woman screaming outside of the building.

Ana C. Betances, 51, of 19th Avenue in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2018, for willful concealment. She was arrested after an alleged shoplifting incident at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road.

Kristen Arthur, 31, of North Main Street in Salem, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. on Jan. 14, 2018, for simple assault and resisting arrest or detention after police were sent to the home for a report of a woman who was “causing issues” and “becoming physical.” She refused bail and was taking to jail.

Brendan J. Nelson, 18, of Griffin Street in Salem, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Jan. 14, 2018, for possession of a controlled drug, unlawful possession/intoxication, and breach of bail after police were sent to Denny’s Restaurant on Cluff Crossing Road for a report of a man who was bothering customers and wouldn’t leave.

A man overdosing was reported at 12:10 a.m. on Jan. 14, 2018, at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane.

Danielle N. Appiah-Kubi, 38, of Sherwood Circle in Salem, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2018, for willful concealment, driving after revocation or suspension, and two warrants out of Salem District Court and Londonderry. She was arrested after police were sent to School Street for a report of a vehicle almost hitting several other vehicles.

A juvenile received a summons at 10:45 a.m. on Jan. 11, 2018, after an incident at Salem High School.
