Salem Woman Arrested for 'Freaking Out,' Attacking Boyfriend

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 23

  • 8:40 a.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Sandhill Road.
  • 3:02 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Interstate 93.
  • 6:09 p.m.: A caller reported she was involved in a road rage incident that started on Interstate 93. 
  • 10:18 p.m.: Police received a report of a car vs. deer on Shadow Lake Road.
Tuesday, Sept. 24
  • 10:50 a.m.: Police received a report of a minor accident with no injury on South Broadway.
  • 10:58 a.m.: David R. Habib, 42, of 42 Kimball Road, Methuen, MA was arrested on a warrant and charged with conduct after an accident and false report to law enforcement. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • 12:48 p.m.: Police received a report of child/elder abuse on Crestwood Circle.
  • 1:30 p.m.: Filomena Fatima Santos, 42, of 42 Irene St., Lawrence, MA was charged with driving under the influence and aggravated driving under the influence. 
  • 5:45 p.m.: Natasha Maunsell, 28, of 22R Brian Ave., Derry was arrested on a warrant and charged with criminal mischief, conduct after an accident and reckless operation. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • 5:47 p.m.: Patrick Francis Hardy, 17, of 58 Spencer St., Methuen, MA was charged with receiving stolen property ($1,001-$1,500), receiving stolen property ($0-$500), possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) and possession/use of a tobacco product by a minor. Joshua Cosimo Turmel, 19, of 27 Lynnbrook Road, Methuen, MA was charged with receiving stolen property ($1,001-$1,500) and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500 for both subjects.
  • 8:07 p.m.: Stephen Lapointe Jr., 35, of 75 Union St., Methuen, MA was charged with unlawful activities; litter control. He was released on $750 personal recognizance.
  • 11:22 p.m.: Alexis Coughlin, 32, of 15 Hoyt St., Salem was charged with simple assault after her boyfriend reported she was "freaking out" and hitting him. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
