Salem Woman Arrested for Forgery: Log

Police: Teens as well as Nashua, Dracut, and Lawrence residents arrested for shoplifting. Windham man charged with assault.

SALEM, NH — Alisa M. Lowden, 23, of Bluff Street in Salem, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2016, on five counts of forgery. She was arrested on a warrant.

Sean L. T. Hartford-Walters, 38, of Coburn Woods in Nashua, was arrested at 3:21 pm. On Sept. 26, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Home Deport on South Broadway.

Patricia Sowle, 57, of Millville Circle in Salem, was arrested at 6:11 a.m. on Sept. 22, 2016, for driving under the influence. Police were sent to the Irving/Circle K on North Broadway for a report of a woman who was in the store and might be intoxicated. The reportedly woman left the parking lot and headed north on Route 28. Officers checked the area and later, found the vehicle on Rockingham Park Boulevard and she was arrested.

Thomas C. Murray, 27, of Essex Street in Dracut, MA, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested on a warrant.

Two 13-year-olds and an 11-year-old were arrested at 5:25 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at the Kmart on South Broadway.

Coraima E. Hidalgo Cabrera, 19, of Jackson Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at JCPenney on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Nicole J. Picard, 32, of Hudson Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Market Basket on South Broadway.

Timothy R. MacDonald, 32, of Safford Street in Quincy, MA, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2016, for issuing bad checks (less than $500). He was arrested by the New Hampshire State Police on a Salem Police warrant.

Joseph G. Nassar, 54, of Stacie Circle in Windham, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2016, for simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant from the Salem Police Department. He turned himself in on the warrant and was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
