Salem Woman Charged with DUI After Crashing Into Telephone Pole
The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Sept. 5
- 10:29 a.m.: Joseph Michael Battersby, 32, of 112 Main St., Apt. #1, New Hampton was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
- 10:34 a.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Millville Street.
- 11:49 a.m.: Police received a report of an accident at Salem High School on Geremonty Drive.
- 2:24 p.m.: Police received a report of a minor accident in the parking lot of Salem High School on Geremonty Drive.
- 3:43 p.m.: Sarah Bourdelais, 17, of 69 Old Rockingham Road, Salem was charged with willful concealment after she allegedly tried to shoplift from Abercrombie & Fitch on Mall Road. She was released on a court summons.
- 7:08 p.m.: Dorothy Wright, 47, of 417 N. Main St., Salem was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled drug. She was arrested after she allegedly struck a telephone pole with her car and then left the scene.
- 8:38 p.m.: Lisa Ann Dalicandro, 24, of 44 Chatham Circle, Salem was charged with receiving stolen property; Rachel Nicole Faulkner, 23, of 67 Salem St., Wilmington, MA was charged with possession of a controlled drug. Both refused the services of the bail commissioner.
- 9:28 p.m.: Nicole Renee Covey, 26 and Thomas Covey, 25, both of 92 Walnut St., Apt. #18, Manchester were each charged with willful concealment. They were arrested after allegedly trying to shoplift from Kmart on South Broadway. Nicole Covey was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and Thomas Covey was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
