Joker is an inquisitive and endearing little guy. He was found wandering the streets of Salem and came to SARL through the Salem Animal Control Officer.
We know that he was abandoned as he is very sweet and very comfortable with people of all ages. Joker loves to play, rest in the sun and generally just be a part of anything that is going on.
