School Deliberative Session Date Set

The 2012 Salem School District deliberative session will be held Thursday, Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium.

The School Board voted on Tuesday to set this as the date by a 4-0 vote.

SAU 57 Superintendent Michael Delahanty said by statute the deliberative session must be held after the last Monday in January and between the first and second Saturday of February thereafter.

Delahanty said the district typically picks the Thursday between the first and second Saturday in February for the deliberative session.
