Sheriffs Arrest Derry, Hampton Residents on Drug, Other Charges
A roundup of the latest arrests by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department.

Luismiguel Santiago, 28, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, was arrested on Nov. 3, on a judge’s order to arrest for reckless conduct/motor vehicle, disobeying an officer, violation of a protective order, misuse/failure to display plates, and stop signs/yield signs violation.
Craig Jude Kelly Jr., 30, of Woodcrest Drive in Johnston, RI, was arrested on Nov. 3, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge.
Eric Richard Lombardi, 27, of Beacon Hill Road in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 5, on a third warrant violation probation on an original theft charge, OFC cost cont., legal fees, and a failure to appear on a cocaine possession charge.

Samantha Margaret Benham, 26, of Rockingham Road in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 5, on a violation of probation/parole on an original charge of heroin possession.
Eleanor Rose Taormina, 26, of Deermeadow Road in North Andover, MA, was arrested on Nov. 5, on a failure to appear at the arraignment on a receiving stolen property.

Christian A. Mendez, 39, of Olive Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Nov. 5, on a sale of controlled/narcotic drugs, two counts, and possession of a controlled drug/narcotic with an intent to distribute.
Stephen Charles Hamel Jr., 32, of Palm Street in Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 5, on a failure to appear in drug court on a possession of alprazolam and possession of lisdexamfetaimine charges.
Estavan Christopher Hartley, 43, of Ashworth Avenue in Hampton, was arrested on Nov. 6, on an arrest warrant.
Michael Robert McCarthy, 28, of Kinley Street in Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 6, on a violation of probation/parole on a theft charge.
