Sheriffs Arrest Massachusetts Residents on Drug, Other Charges

Here is the latest list of arrests from the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department.

Wayne Michael Cormier Jr., 35, of Lake Street in Salem, was arrested on Nov. 9, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc. cost containment, legal fees.

Timothy P. Elliot, 28, of Ricker Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Nov. 9, on a def. sentence on an original charge of falsifying physical evidence.

Peter Darrigo III, 34, of Farnham Street in Roxbury, MA, was arrested Nov. 10, for def. sentence on an original charge of strangulation.

Howard K. Linton, 52, of Lafayette Street in Rochester, was arrested on Nov. 12, on a def. sentence on an original charge of second-degree assault.

Charles David Caliz, 32, of Derry Way in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 13, on a def. sentence violation on five counts of simple assault.

Charles David Ross, 51, of May Street in Newbury, MA, was arrested on Nov. 13, on a violation of probation/parole on a theft charge.

Felix Antonio Medina, 30, of Groveland Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Nov. 13, on a failure to appear on a possession of marijuana charge.

Kenneth James Patterson Jr., 27, of Twins Road in Raymond, was arrested on Nov. 13, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge.

Jonathan W. Harris, 31, of Pleasant Valley Road of Amesbury, MA, was arrested on Nov. 13, on a failure to appear at the final pretrial hearing on a falsifying physical evidence charge.

Albert William Frost Jr., 35, of Upper City Road in Pittsfield, was arrested on Nov. 15, on a failure to appear at an arraignment on a possession of cocaine charge.
