Sheriffs Make More Heroin, Theft, Other Drug Arrests

Rockingham County Sheriffs arrested the following people recently:

Kristen Federico, 31, of Danville Road in Fremont, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest on July 17, 2015.

Noah Dingman, 33, of Old Forge Road in Hampstead, was arrested on July 17, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Daniel T. Laurent, 26, of Bouchard Avenue in Dracut, MA, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest and a bench warrant on July 17.

Shawn R. Russell, 32, of Stevens Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on July 17, for failure to appear at an arraignment on a receiving stolen property charge and burglary.

Richard D. Salmonson Jr., 37, of Graham Avenue in Newbury, was arrested on July 17, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge.

Reilly O. Leith, 28, of State Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on July 15, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of buprenorphine charge, a second warrant on a theft charge, a bench warrant for two counts of operating after suspension, and a bench warrant for speeding.

Andrew M. Holmes, 24, of Langford Road in Raymond, was arrested on July 14, for VOP (New Hope) on a heroin possession charge.

Jeff K. MacPhee, 54, a homeless man now located in Rochester, was arrested on July 14, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft by deception charge.

Joseph Curtis, 32, of Spring Street in Farmington, was arrested on another agency’s warrant on July 14.

David F. Granville, 24, of Greeley Street in Providence, RI, was arrested on July 14, for failure to appear at the arraignment of shoplifting charge.

Mark W. Chaisson, 48, of Hudson Street in Malden, MA, was arrested on July 14, for driving after revocation or suspension.

Ashley P. Robertson, 27, of Island Pond Road in Derry, was arrested on July 13, for def sentence on a heroin possession charge as well as bench warrants out of Derry District Court for theft and Manchester for conduct after.

Chelsie M. Baston, 21, of High Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on July 13, for failure to appear on a forgery charge and theft by deception.

Kayla G. Khalil, 25, of Berkley Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on July 13, for failure to appear at a status hearing on a cocaine possession charge.

Alex J. Noonan, 27, of Randall Lane in Hampstead, was arrested on July 13, on a judge’s order, VOP, on a receiving stolen property charge.
