SHS Football Heads to Division I Tournament
Will square off against top-ranked Pinkerton on Saturday.
The Salem High School Blue Devils will head to the N.H. Division I football tournament this Saturday with a semifinal match-up against the top-seeded Pinkerton Academy Astros.
The game will take place Saturday at 1 p.m. in Derry.
Salem wrapped up their regular season last week with a 30-13 win against Londonderry to finish with an overall record of 7-3, 5-3 in Division I.

Salem lost their regular season contest with Pinkerton on Sept. 24 at home by a score of 49-14. Pinkerton went 8-0 in division play and 9-1 overall this season.
The winner of Saturday's game will play the winner of the other Division I semifinal between Exeter and Nashua South for the state championship. That game would take place at 12 p.m. on Nov. 19 at the home of the higher seed.
