Southern New Hampshire Chamber Celebrates 5 Years Of Scoop’s Out! Mobile Ice Cream Business
Chamber members and guests gathered in Salem to celebrate five seasons of Scoop's Out! with a ribbon-cutting.

SALEM, NH — The Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting in Salem to mark the fifth season of Scoop’s Out! LLC.
The event celebrated owner Lisa Morris and her mobile ice cream business, which the chamber said has become a familiar presence at gatherings across Southern New Hampshire.
According to the release, guests attended the celebration in Salem and took part in the festivities while enjoying frozen treats. The chamber described the event as a milestone for the business and said the gathering recognized Morris’ work building Scoop’s Out! over five seasons.

The release said Morris was formerly a teacher at Woodbury School and is now the owner of Scoop’s Out! The chamber said her path took her from the classroom to running a mobile ice cream business that serves events throughout the region.
“What began as a classic ice cream truck has blossomed into a go-to for celebrations of all kinds,” the chamber said.

Scoop’s Out! now appears at birthdays, graduations, weddings, school functions, and community events in Southern New Hampshire. The business is part of a wider community presence.
“Lisa’s passion for bringing joy to others hasn’t changed; she’s simply traded in the classroom for cones and sprinkles, continuing to make an impact one scoop at a time,” the chamber said.
A photo distributed with the release identified Morris as the owner of Scoop’s Out! and showed her with chamber members and friends. The chamber said the Salem event was held to recognize the company’s fifth season and Morris’ work growing the business.
The release also included information for residents or organizations interested in booking the business for future events. People can learn more about Scoop’s Out! or request a booking through the company’s website, according to the chamber.
The ribbon cutting was hosted by the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce in Salem. No additional public events or future milestones were listed in the release.
