Southern New Hampshire Chamber Holds Sold-Out Taste Event At Castleton Banquet & Conference Center

WINDHAM, NH — More than 300 guests attended the sold-out 2026 Taste of Southern New Hampshire in Windham, according to the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.

The chamber said it held the event at Castleton Banquet & Conference Center, where attendees sampled food, drinks, and desserts from more than 30 local restaurants, breweries, wineries, bakeries, and specialty vendors.

The event was described as a celebration of Southern New Hampshire's food scene and said proceeds will support its educational initiatives. Those programs include scholarships, the Interview Challenge, and student recognition programs. The chamber said those efforts are intended to invest in the region's future workforce.

The Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce said the evening brought together local businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners. The chamber thanked Platinum Sponsors Rockland Trust and Tuscan Brands for supporting the event. It also credited Get Down Tonight Entertainment, Inc. for music, Zouz Media for photography, and Holiday Lane Events for event design.

The chamber also released its 2026 Crowd Favorites, which it said were selected by influencers attending the event. Kashmir Indian Cuisine was named Best Bite, 603 Brewery & Beer Hall received Best Sip and Searles Castle at NHC Events was chosen for Best Dessert. The release noted that Kashmir Indian Cuisine was a back-to-back winner.
