Suspended Driver Arrested After Crash: LOG

Salem Police: Mass. residents arrested for theft, shoplifting while Litchfield woman also charged with theft.

SALEM, NH –

Caitlyn M. Pacheco, 26, of Martin Lane in Litchfield, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2015, for receiving stolen property (under $1,000) and theft by deception (under $1,000). She was arrested by the Litchfield Police Department.

Frances Rokous, 62, of Clement Court in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on Nov. 24, for willful concealment and theft detective device remover. A store employee called police after a woman allegedly shoplifted items from the store and was trying to get a way. She was allegedly caught near the food court, according to the report.

Isyabel Diaz, 30, of Tenney Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on Nov. 25, for organized retail crime enterprise. A loss prevention employee at Dick’s Sporting Goods was reporting an employee in custody. She was released on $500 cash bail.

Shane L. Begin, 36, of 6th Avenue in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Nov. 25, for theft by unauthorized taking ($1,500+) and a warrant for an outside agency. She turned herself in to police.

Jonathan Casey, 29, of Woodridge Road in Danville, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. on Nov. 25, for a warrant and driving after revocation or suspension. Police were sent to Red Roof Inn for a report of an accident. A caller alleged that a car backed into her car. “They believe the second operator is intoxicated,” according to the report. Casey was arrested on a warrant from Raymond Police and released.
