Teens Arrested on Drug, Booze Charges at the La Quinta Inn: Log
Salem Police: Three from Medford arrested on drug, other charges and a Hudson man was arrested for shoplifting.

SALEM, NH — Donald T. Keown, 42, of North Broadway in Salem, was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on June 19, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking (less than $1,000). He was arrested on a warrant out of Hillsborough County.

Shawn P. Capsalis, 30, of Greenfield Drive in Hudson, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on June 19, 2016, and charged with willful concealment and breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard and held on $1,00 cash bail.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on June 19, 2016, for willful concealment after a shoplifting incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Joseph Doiron, 22, of Dartmouth Street in Medford, MA, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. on June 19, 2016, for receiving stolen property (less than $1,000). Also arrested was James S. Winterson, 23, of Cushing Street in Medford, for possession of controlled drug, possession of controlled drug-marijuana, hashish, possession of controlled drug-heroin, crack, and falsifying physical evidence. Meredith A. Morrison, 21, of Fulton Street in Medford, MA, was also arrested for possession of controlled drug, possession of controlled drug-heroin, crack, and theft by deception (less than $1,000). Police were sent to the JCPenny on Rockingham Park Boulevard for a report of an intoxicated man passed out on the counter in the men’s department on the second floor. One person was taken in to custody. A vehicle was also towed from the track. Two other individuals were also arrested later.

Juan M. Crawford, 47, of Budron Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on June 19, 2016, for possession of controlled drug-cocaine, driving after revocation or suspension, and falsifying physical evidence. Also arrested was Timothy J. Krauss, 47, of Oakridge Avenue in Salem, for possession of controlled drug-marijuana, hashish. Officers were sent to Oakridge Avenue for a report of a man on a moped that went into the woods by the path. The complainant stated that it was an “ongoing issue” with the subject trespassing on the property. Krauss was released with a summons and Crawford was released on PR bail.
Kathy Goodson, 47, of Millville Terrace in Salem, was arrested at 7 p.m. on June 19, 2016, on a simple assault charge. She turned herself in on a warrant.
Krystal L. Langston, 23, of Hannah Dustin Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on June 19, 2016, for possession of controlled drug-heroin, crack, possession of controlled drug-cocaine, and receiving stolen property (less than $1,000). Also arrested was Carmen A. Brito, 18, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, for possession of controlled drug-marijuana, hashish and unlawful possession. Angel J. Gonzalez Jr., 18, of Royal Crest Drive in North Andover, MA, was also arrested for possession of controlled drug-marijuana, hashish and unlawful possession. They were all arrested at the La Quinta Inn on Keewaydin Drive after an employee reported “a strong marijuana smell” coming from their room. The employee advised that they had been spoken to multiple times and would like an officer to speak with them, according to a report. All three were arrested.
