Theft Reported at Salem High School

Several other thefts were also reported.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Oct. 30

  • 1:38 p.m.: Police investigated a report of a theft at Salem High School on Geremonty Drive.
  • 3:55 p.m.: Police received a report of a juvenile female who was hit by a vehicle on Geremonty Drive. The girl was not injured and was picked up by her parents.
  • 4:17 p.m.: Ann McCoubrey, 61, of 20 Washington St., Apt. #18, Methuen, MA was charged with willful concealment; theft following an alleged shoplifting incident at JC Penney on Rockingham Park Boulevard. She was released on $300 bail.
  • 5:42 p.m.: A resident of Mary Ann Avenue reported the theft of jewelry from her home.
  • 6:59 p.m.: An employee at Work N' Gear on South Broadway reported the theft of a pair of boots valued at more than $100 and several fleece jackets. The suspect left in a red pickup truck.
