According to Capt. Joel Dolan of the Salem Police Department, on Jan. 11, 2016, officers were called to Norwood Road. The same neighborhood was hit by vandals in August.
Dolan noted that the department’s officers performed “a lengthy and exhaustive investigation” after tips began flowing in following the posting of a $1,000 reward. One of the tips led to the suspects, he stated.
