Town Of Salem: Depot Intersection Reconstruction - Update
Traffic will be shifted to the southbound side to single lane traffic only in each direction. Expect delays and seek alternate routes.

The Southbound side of North Broadway is currently closed for finish grading, and base paving and will be closed until 2:00 AM, Thursday, 10/7/2021.Northbound lanes are open to traffic one direction north and south.

Phase one paving of North Broadway is scheduled to begin Monday 10/4, weather dependent. If necessary, because of rain, the work will be moved up accordingly.

During this time, the northbound lanes will both be closed for finish grading and base paving. Work will begin at 7:00 AM and is expected to go through 2:00 AM the next day.
Traffic will be shifted to the southbound side to single lane traffic only in each direction. Expect delays and seek alternate routes.
The work zone will shift to the southbound side once the northbound side is complete.
