The Town of Salem is expanding the public water system along N. Main Street to close a gap in the system between Clare Lane and Duston Road. The site contractor, American Excavating Corp. will mobilize to the site to begin construction efforts on Monday, March 28th. There will be no road closures or detours, however, travel through this segment of N. Main Street will be impacted at times due to lane closures, lane shifts, and alternating one-way travel, as appropriate. Please stay alert and use caution when passing through this segment of N.
