Town Of Salem: Town Of Salem 2023 Local Government Academy

The Town of Salem is pleased to announce its first Local Government Academy. The Academy consists of evening workshops to offer residents an overview of how local government works. We hope to provide participants with relevant information on the town government structure. The program will also feature tours of town facilities in an entertaining and informative way. The program is designed to promote civic participation, help residents better understand how our Town works, and frame the Town's role in the larger community.

The Local Government Academy will consist of five sessions on February 9, February 16, February 23, March 2, and March 9, 2023. Each meeting will be approximately 2 hours long, beginning at 6 p.m. Enrollment is limited, so if interested, please register as soon as possible.
