Tuscan Brands Donates $26,000 to Lazarus House

Local restaurant raises funds for homeless shelter during annual fundraiser street festival

SALEM, NH — On Thursday, December 15, representatives from Lazarus House Ministries, a non-profit organization in Lawrence, MA, that fights homelessness, were on hand at Tuscan Market in Salem NH to receive a donation from Tuscan Brands’ Joe Faro. The owner of Tuscan Kitchen & Market (Burlington, MA, and Salem) presented the organization with a check for $26,436.00 that was raised at Tuscan Market’s fifth annual Toscana Fest street fair back in October. The total amount of money raised by Toscana Fest over the last five years now exceeds $70,000.
