On Monday, Dec. 19 Joe Faro, owner/creator and Jim Rogers, executive chef/partner of in Salem, brought a sold-out crowd on a whirlwind holiday trip through Tuscany without ever leaving the Boston Center for Adult Education.

Students learned to savor winter flavors and prepared a three-course artisanal meal, perfect for holiday entertaining, before sitting down to great food, wine and conversation with Faro and Rogers.
