Tuscan Kitchen Set to Expand

The Eagle-Tribune reports restaurant owner Joe Faro is in the process of expanding his Main Street business to include a market, cafe, bakery and courtyard that will all soon open behind the restaurant.

Faro told the paper work is expected to be complete by October. At present, Tuscan Market, an 18,000-square-foot building, stands behind the restaurant. Four old buildings have been demolished in the area to make room for where the new parts of the business will operate, the paper reported.
