Police said Turner observed a rolled-up dollar bill, a bag of pills and "other evidence of drug use," according to police.

As Turner attempted to handcuff the driver, the male subject began "aggressively" fighting and resisting and threw a bag of pills under the truck.

Other officers arrived and assisted Turner in getting the suspects into custody.

According to police, the bag the driver threw under the truck contained over 150 oxycodone pills. The bag in plain view in the truck contained another 16 pills.

Police said they seized the truck and a search warrant will be executed Friday, and officers believe there are more drugs in the truck.

Byron was held on $5,000 cash bail while Quimby was released on $500 personal recognizance, both pending arraignment in the 10th Circuit Court of Salem.
