Two Arrested on Heroin Charges After Crash on I-93

New Hampshire State Police: Auburn man, a passenger, was OD'ing; driver lost control of the vehicle.

The New Hampshire State Police have arrested two 23-year-old New Hampshire residents on drug charges after a crash on I-93 in Derry.

Jillian Nobert of Goffstrown and Ethan Marquis of Auburn were arrested on Oct. 26, and various charges.

According to a report, at around 5:30 p.m., a state trooper was sent to I-93 in Derry for a report of a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt crashing. Nobert was reportedly driving the vehicle while Marquis was a passenger and allegedly “injecting himself with heroin when he overdosed and became unconscious.”

Derry Fire and Rescue teams were able to revive Marquis with Narcan and took him to Parkland Medical Center. He was arrested later on a possession of narcotic drugs charge.

Nobert was also arrested after “bags of heroin” were allegedly found in her car. She was charged with possession of narcotic drugs and transporting drugs.

They are both due in Derry District Court on Dec. 12.
