Two Charged with Heroin Possession
Manchester men found with drugs, stolen items in mall parking lot.
Two men were arrested Monday night and charged with drug possession in the Mall at Rockingham Park parking lot.
Police charged Ryan Martin, 25, of Manchester with felony heroin possession, and Jonathan Grover, 30, of Manchester with felony heroin possession and two counts of receiving stolen property.
Police said Officer John O'Donnell was on patrol Monday night at the Mall at Rockingham Park parking lot and saw two males in a car who were attempting to duck out of view.

O'Donnell circled back and saw a suspect picking up a cigarette he'd just thrown out the window.
"During a safety pat down, one of the males had a hypodermic needle in his pocket," Deputy Chief Shawn Patten said. "In plain view in the vehicle were a knife, spoon and glass pipe."

Further investigation revealed small quantities of heroin, more drug paraphernalia including several needles and two GPS systems believed to be stolen, Patten said.
Both subjects were taken into custody without incident, Patten said, and were held on $1,000 cash bail pending arraignment in Salem District Court.
