Welcome to the latest edition of Salem Patch's "Visions for Vacancies" feature. Each week, we'll share a picture and some information about a vacant commercial space in town and ask you what you'd like to see go in that space.

Last week we visited  and this week we head south to 125 South Broadway.

This space is part of the same building that houses , ,  and other businesses. It was formerly home to Learning Express.

According to information available from the Vision Appraisal assessor's online database of Salem properties, the entire parcel is valued at $6,864,700.

The property has been owned by TMT Salem Park Plaza, Inc., of Hicksville, N.Y. since 2005 when it was purchased for $9.6 million. The building was constructed in 1990 and has a full living space of 38,797 square feet.
