Visions for Vacancies: 23 South Broadway

Each week share your ideas for vacant commercial space.

Welcome to the first edition of Salem Patch's "Visions for Vacancies" feature. Each week, we'll share a picture and some information about a vacant commercial space in town and ask you what you'd like to see go in that space.

It was purchased in 2006 by Metscott 21 LLC of Salem for $3 million. The building was originally constructed in 1921 and the full living area of the parcel is just over 75,000 square feet.
