According to information available from the Vision Appraisal assessor's online database of Salem properties, the entire parcel is valued at $1,026,400.

The property has been owned CMAB Associates II, LLC of Salem since 1995 when it was purchased for an undisclosed price. The building was constructed in 1966 and has a full living area of 12,000 square feet.
