This week we take you to 315C South Broadway, a vacant commercial space in the same building as Naser Diamonds and Weight Watchers (in the picture here, the vacancy is on the right).

According to information available from the Vision Appraisal assessor's online database of Salem properties, the entire parcel is valued at $1,859,900.

The property has been owned by Paul Garabedian Route 28 Trust of Salem since 1992 when it was purchased for an undisclosed price. The building was constructed in 2002 and has a full living area of 5,989 square feet.
