Last week we visited  and this week we head south to 392 South Broadway.

This vacant commercial building is located between and on Route 28.

According to information available from the Vision Appraisal assessor's online database of Salem properties, the entire parcel is valued at $398,600.

The property has been owned by the Joseph R. Amante Living Trust of Wolfeboro since 1994 when it was purchased for an undisclosed price. The building was constructed in 1952 and has a full living area of 1,498 square feet.
