Walmart Employee Assaulted by Customer

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Sept. 27

  • 8:53 a.m.: Dustin Sky Forand, 43, of 6 Presidential Drive,  Haverhill, MA was arrested on a bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
  • 1:29 p.m.: A road rage incident was reported on Main Street. The complainant said another driver followed her and was screaming obscenities at her.
  • 2:33 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on South Broadway.
  • 2:39 p.m.: Robin Lynn Hilbert, 24, of 7 Leblanc Road, Pelham was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
  • 4:10 p.m.: Nicole Renee Covey, 26, of 92 Walnut St., Apt. #18, Manchester was arrested on a warrant and charged with unsworn falsification; deceive official.
  • 4:17 p.m.: Louisette S. Purdy, 53, of 20 Nolet Ave., Salem was arrested on a warrant and charged with dogs a menace, a nuisance or vicious. She was released on a court summons.
  • 5:01 p.m.: Steven Lawlor, 24, of 332 North Broadway, Apt. #116, Salem was charged with willful concealment after allegedly shoplifting $192 in merchandise from Lowe's on North Broadway.
  • 9:03 p.m.: An employee at Walmart on North Broadway reported that she was assaulted by a customer.
Saturday, Sept. 28
  • 7:33 a.m.: Police received a report of an accident on North Broadway.
  • 4:33 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on South Broadway.
  • 4:36 p.m.: Cynthia Lynne Murphy, 34, of 15 Card Ave., Haverhill, MA was charged with willful concealment after allegedly shoplifting from JC Penney on Rockingham Park Boulevard. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
  • 4:49 p.m.: Doly Amaro, 50, of 460 River Road, Apt. #204, Andover, MA was charged with willful concealment after allegedly shoplifting from Sears on Rockingham Park Boulevard. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
  • 7:19 p.m.: Anthony Thomas Monbleau, 22, of 18 King St., Rochester was charged with driving after revocation/suspension, subsequent. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
  • 10:50 p.m.: A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with two counts of simple assault and one count of theft by unauthorized taking. The teen was released to a parent.
Sunday, Sept. 29
  • 3:31 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on South Broadway.
  • 5:58 p.m.: A caller on Mountain Avenue reported hearing a loud explosion very close to her house. Police checked the area and found nothing showing.
  • 5:59 p.m.: Police received a report of a hit-and-run accident on Cluff Road.
  • 9:22 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on North Broadway.
  • Monday, Sept. 30
  • 3:33 a.m.: Police received a report of a structure fire on Scotland Avenue.
