According to the supermarket chain’s career page, interested applicants should go to the store they want to work at (Market Basket locations) and go to the “Courtesy Booth” to ask for an application. Applicants should return the application back to the booth once it’s filled out.
Prior to getting the application, interested applicants can also ask a manager if the store is currently hiring.

Don’t email the store, according to Market Basket.
Last year, the chain’s 20,000+ workforce staged protests calling for the return of ousted CEO Arthur T. Demoulas. It was successful—Demoulas agreed to purchase a majority stake in the company.
