Windham Teen Arrested for Drug Dealing in Salem
Cops: School resource officer developed information; detectives allegedly witnessed Curtis Culcasi selling marijuana "edibles."

SALEM, NH — A local teen was arrested yesterday after a nearly month-long investigation into alleged drug dealing in Salem, according to police. Curtis A. Culcasi, 18, of Windham, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2017, on a warrant.

According to police, an investigation began nearly a month ago into whether or not Culcasi was reportedly selling drugs to other teens in town. Capt. Joel P. Dolan of the Salem Police Department stated that Salem’s school resource officer “developed” information about the case and during the course of the investigation, detectives were able to reportedly “witness multiple transactions” involving marijuana “edibles.”

Culcasi was arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop on Veteran’s Memorial Parkway yesterday. He was processed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on March 27.
